The spaces of the museum-memorial

The Drancy Shoah Memorial is a place of mediation between the history of the Cité de la Muette and the public. Located opposite the former camp, it houses a permanent exhibition, documentation center, classrooms and auditorium.

The documentation center

The documentation center has books, photographs, films and digitized archives from the Shoah Memorial’s collections on the history of the Holocaust, but the emphasis is on Drancy. Visitors can view them on multimedia terminals. Schoolchildren, the general public and Drancy residents can conduct research on the camp and people connected to the site.
