The Shoah Memorial of Drancy begins 2026 with an exceptional program

The Shoah Memorial is pleased to present the Memorial’s programming for January to March 2026.

In January, we will pay tribute to Ruth Selinger, life and creation companion of the artist Shelomo Selinger, author of the monument of Drancy. The exhibition Blue / Night. Art after the camps, which is dedicated to it, is extended until February 12 inclusive.

From mid-February, a new exhibition will trace the discovery of the camps, the return of the deportees and the progressive awareness of the Nazi concentration camp universe.

This term will also be punctuated by literary and historical encounters on well-known themes, such as the end of the Auschwitz-Birkenau camp, the Nuremberg trial or the transmission of the memory of the Holocaust, and others more unusual: the annexed camps in Drancy, the posterity of collaborating intellectuals, the journey of Paulette Sarcey, the commitment of the Freemasons or even the fate of the mentally ill under Vichy.

Exceptional testimonies from two survivors, Lili Keller Rosenberg and Esther Sénot, as well as screenings and two theatrical performances will enrich the program: Germaine et Sarah, 1943 by Eva Doumbia (in partnership with the Théâtre Public de Montreuil – CDN) and a reading of Charlotte Delbo’s texts by Maud Landau.

A free shuttle connects once a month the Paris Shoah Memorial to the Drancy Memorial during double meetings. All activities are free upon registration.

We hope to see many of you at the Memorial!
